Please note that close to our annual meeting there is a trading fair taking place in Dortmund and hotels will be heavily booked:

We encourage everybody to book as early as possible. We blocked several rooms at the following hotels. The rooms can be booked with the specified keyword SPP1736. Please send us a once you have booked a room.

The city of Dortmund will charge for private travelers an extra tax of 7.5% on the room accommodation rate. In order not to pay this tax the hotels need an informal letter with the following content:

• Name
• Date of birth
• Duration of stay
• A note that the residence is occupationally related
